Prices

Orders

Orders are made by filling out the order form on our website correctly.

Orders can only be placed by people who provide all the information necessary to complete the transaction.

Each order placed by the customer is confirmed – we will send an email informing the customer that we have received the order.

The store reserves the right to verify the order. If there is no contact with the buyer or the order cannot be confirmed, the store reserves the right to suspend the fulfilment of the order.

When will my order be delivered?

The store fulfils orders within the first 48 hours on business days after placing the order or making payment.

On Tuesdays, orders placed between the previous Thursday will be shipped after 11 am and before 11 am on Tuesday itself. And on Thursdays, orders placed between the previous Tuesday will be shipped after 11 am and before 11 am on Thursday itself.

Shipping time depends on your location, but is usually around 2-3 business days, so the total time to receive an order is 5-6 business days.

From the La Pócima online store, shipments will be made throughout Spain except for the autonomous communities of the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla.
